Raymond Wallace Tennyson born in Cullman, Alabama on March 21, 1936 and passed away on January 16, 2019.  He was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide Fan, Nascar Fan, Fisherman, Proud Veteran and Gospel Singer.  He is preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Tennyson Howard; Sisters, Thelma Bright Barnby, Dot Mabrey and Brother, Orville Tennyson.  He is survived by his beloved Wife, Dorothy Griffith Tennyson; Son, Ray (Ray) Tennyson, Jr. of Hoover;  Daughter, Judy Tennyson Greening of Beerwah, Australia; Step-Daughter, Vicki Pugh Truett (David) of Ft. Myers, Fl.  Sister, Betty (Bea) Cox of Bessemer; Brother, Bobby Tennyson of Pottsboro, Texas; Grandchildren, Jonathan, Melissa (Eric), Jeremy Harmon (Emily), Jacob Harmon (Nicole), Justin Harmon (Ben) and Tippy his beloved Cat.  Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 22nd at Bell Forestdale Chapel with Military Graveside Honors at 1:15 p.m. at Alabama National Cemetery (Montevallo).  Visitation will be on Monday, January 21st from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel.
