Richard Pearson Harbin, Jr. was born October 28, 1948 and departed this life on March 16, 2023. He was preceded in death by his Son, Michael Harbin; Father, Richard P. Harbin, Sr. and Mother, Della E. Wright. He is survived by his Son, Darrell Harbin (Kristie); Daughter, Angela Harbin; Grandchildren, James Harbin (Anabel), Victoria Harbin, Ashley Harbin and Natalie Tortorici; Sister, Debbie Cunningham; Stepfather, Paul Barnes and Daughter-in-law, Alicia Harbin. Military Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21 ^st at Alabama National Cemetery (Montevallo, Alabama).
