Robert Monroe Cook, age 77 of Bayview, Alabama passed on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Robert Cook was a member of Mulga Baptist Church and he retired from General Motors Assembly plant in Lakewood, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Willie Bea (Bea) Cook, his parents Albert R (Myrtice) Cook, his brother James (Buddy) Cook, his sisters Clara Muriel Kelly and Chloe Marie Sinclair, his son Douglas A. Cook and grandson Brian S. Carver.

He is survived by his daughter Tammy (Buddy) Brady; his granddaughters Amanda (Jessie) Abbott, Bridgett (Michael) Cagle, Megan (Rusty) Leath and Melissa (Dustin) Leath; 11 great grandchildren and a host of additional family and friends. The Family would like to say a very special thank you to Jamie Hudson and Bragan Rowell of Comfort Care Hospice for their excellent and loving care during our time of need.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Village Falls Cemetery. Bro. Crantford Hicks will be officiating.

Visitation will be on Friday from 12:00 Noon until time of service.
