Roland Winston Franklin was born on October 19, 1915 and passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the age of 102. He was Retired from U. S. Steel after 42 years. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Eleanor Josie Franklin and Son, Jerry Franklin He is survived by His Grandsons, Jeffrey Bart Franklin, Timothy Bret Franklin and Ronald Burt Franklin. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 18th at Midway United Methodist Church with burial at Midway Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday at the Church from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
