Remembering Tom …

Thomas Robert "Tom" Felton, 69, of Adamsville, Alabama, departed this life, December 16, 2022. He was born in Amory, Mississippi on November 23, 1953 to Woodrow Felton and Odenia Ritter Felton. He married the love of his life, Carol Haig and they spent 50 years together in the Adamsville area.

Tom worked for Jefferson County Environmental Services for over 15 years, most recent at the Fultondale location, he enjoyed working as a Security Guard at the Alabama Theater in Birmingham and most recently enjoyed being a Truck Driver locally. Most of all he loved being a Husband, Father and Grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Woodrow Felton and Odenia Felton and Brother, Warren Felton.

He leaves behind his Wife of 50 years, Carol Felton; Daughters, Julie Jones (Tyler), Lisa Hodge (Shannon); Grandchildren, Sam Jones, Rylee Jones and Timothy Hodge and Sister, Millie Burris along with a host of friends.

He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22 ^nd at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale. Bro. Hugh Richardson officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 12:00 Noon until time of service at Bell Forestdale Chapel.
