Timothy “Hulio” Halligan passed away surrounded by the love of his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Halligan, and his brother, Jimmy Halligan.

He is survived by his life partner, Tracey; his bonus children, Ryder, Kristal (Devon), and Clay (Amanda); his bonus grandchildren, Gracie (Harry), Kameron, Korie, Maverick, and Houston; his mother, Linda St. John Mason; his brother, Aaron Mason (Brandi); his sister, Crystal Capps; his nieces, Krislyn Capps (Nathan), Ashlyn Pierce (Reed), and Laikyn Mason; his nephews, Justin Halligan (Kayla), Sterling Mason, and Ethan Capps; his uncle, Darvin St. John (Celia); along with a host of cousins and close friends.

Timothy was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and loved NASCAR, never missing a race. He was an outstanding carpenter who took great pride in his work and was a perfectionist. He loved nothing more than Tracey and Ryder. Everything he did, he did for them—they were his life.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Bell Funeral Home Forestdale Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens.
