Weyman Thomas Dorsett, Jr. age 75 of Bessemer, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.  He was retired from Drummond Coal after 26 years, he loved camping and fishing with friends.  He was preceded in death by his Parents:  Weyman Thomas Dorsett and Annie Kerr Dorsett and Sister:  Jainie Ann Capps.

He is survived by his Wife of 55 years, Dorothy Dorsett; Daughter:  Michele Perkins; Son: Weyman Thomas Dorsett III (Elizabeth Ann Dorsett); Grandchildren, Carlie Perkins, Harrison Dorsett, Coleman Dorsett; Great Grandchildren, Emerie Cossey and Abel Perkins; and a Host of Family and Friends.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pulmonary Disease or Black Lung.

Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30th at Midway Cemetery.  Bro. Jesse Carr will be officiating.
