William J. "Bill" Donovan, III age 67 of Birmingham passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2015. He was retired from U. S. Steel with 38 years of Service. He will truly be missed by his family and all that knew him. He is preceded in death by his Father, William J. Donovan, Jr. He is survived by his Devoted Wife, Katherine Donovan; His Mother, Alice Marie Donovan; Two Sons, Harold T. Riggins (Rose), Michael L. Riggins (Susan); One Daughter, Kimberly L. Holland (Jeffery); One Brother, John Donovan; Two Sisters, Patricia Donovan Hauptman and Christine Donovan; Eight Grandchildren and Four Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Forest Grove Cemetery. Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 3rd from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
