HARRIS, WILLIAM EARL Age 88 of Adamsville, died on January 11, 2013. He was born in Townley, AL to John R. and Lila Harris. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Morrison (Michael) of Adamsville; son, Rick Harris (Lee Estes) of Spring Texas; grandsons, Greg Morrison (Brooke), David Morrison (Jennifer), Eric Morrison and Adam Harris (Crystal); great grandchildren, Brady, Will, Bethany, and Grant Morrison; sisters, Marjorie Rait and Estelle Vernon; Special niece Jane Culpepper and special friend Claudia Harris. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Gloria Adams Harris. Earl was a member of Adamsville Methodist Church. Earl was also a Masonic member of Metro West Lodge No. 927. He retired from U.S. Steel and was the owner of W.E. Harris Builders. Services will be held January 14 at 11AM at Bell's Funeral Home Forestdale Chapel with visitation one hour prior to service time. Following the service burial will be at Midway Cemetery. Rev. Robert Barnes will be officiating. Special thanks to his loving caregivers, Debra Bearden and Anita Needham.
