William Paul Mullins IV was born April 10, 2007 and departed this life on April 3, 2023. He was preceded in death by both Paternal Grandparents; Maternal Grandfather, Aunt Cinnia and Uncle Raymond. He is survived by his Father, William Paul Mullins III (Brittney); Sister, Haille Mullins (Zach); Mother, Eva Jones; Grandmother, Amy Glaze and Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 11th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel.
