PIERSON, WILLIAM EARL, age 78 of Birmingham, passed away on December 1, 2012. He was a member of Flint Hill Masonic Lodge # 810; Retired from Jefferson County with Forty Years of Service and was Retired from Alabama National Guard. He is survived by his Wife, Nancy Pierson; Sons, Joe Pierson (Judy), Jack Randall Smith, John Pierson, Cecil Pierson; Daughter, Diane Perry; Brothers, Burl Pierson, Donald Pierson; Sisters, Helen Martin,, Billie Ruth Hopkins; Grandchildren, Jeri Smith, Michael Smith, Jason Smith, Amanda Pierson; Special Sister-In-Law, Jackie Fulmer; Several Nieces, Nephews and a Host of Friends also His Beloved Cates, Roscoe, Daisy and Tawny. Graveside Service was held on Tuesday, December 4th at 2:00 p.m.at Crumly Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was from 1:00 - 2:00 on Tuesday at Bell Forestdale Chapel.
